Dwell is a forward-thinking company that plans on redefining how you do business and how tenants are finding apartments. Dwell's management team has over 12 years of experience with Chicago real estate. We are here to guide you step-by-step through the leasing process and how to make this into a lucrative career. Our full-time marketing director makes marketing our apartments easy and fast, which means more exposure to your properties and more time for you to be making deals.
Experienced agents step forward!!! We're looking to hire team managers as well. That means you will hire agents under you and get a heavy cut of all of their commissions on top of your own.
All leasing agents meet the following:
- Highly self motivated
- Experience is a plus, but not required
- Must be willing to get a leasing license
- Professional attitude
- Have reliable and insured transportation, cell phone, and internet access
- Nights and weekends are a requirement in this business
