Please see our current availability below. If the apartment is currently available now, we can hold up to 4 weeks after applying.
Otherwise we are able to hold one additional week from the date it is showing available!
Our current concessions:
One month free on all 12 month lease. The one month free is granted in full on the second full month of rent.
We do not pro-rate the concessions and we do ask that each month there is a zero balance on the account.
We are also offering a $500 credit when you apply within 24 hours of the first visit. This credit is granted on the first full month of rent.
When booking appointments with us we do require the first, last name also the email and telephone number of the client.
We also request for brokers to be booking the appointment over the phone and not online.
Lastly, if you are more than 15 minutes late you may be asked to reschedule your tour as our building does typically take 45 minutes to 1 hour.

Monday- Friday from 10:00 am- 6:00 pm. Saturdays from 10:00 am – 5:00 pm and Sundays 11:00 am -4:00 pm.
