Effective June 1, 2019, the following changes will take effect at The Cooper in regards to our leasing concessions/specials and broker commissions:
· Leasing Concessions & Specials:
o Studio/Convertible, 1-bd , 2-bd apts, and 3-bd townhomes*: 1 month free on 13-24 month leases
§ *Tiers ‘10, ‘11, ‘12, ‘14, ‘07 and ‘02 do not qualify for the 1 month free special
o 2-bd townhomes: 2 months free on 13-24 month leases
o Look & Lease Special (All apts/townhomes): Half-off $500 Admin. Fee (Credited to 1st month’s rent) if application received within 48 hours of tour
· Broker Commission:
o 100% net-effective for Studio/Convertible, 1-bd, 2-bd apts
o 50% net-effective for any Townhome
