Per our ownership, The Cooper’s Free Rent leasing special has been reduced to one month free for all apartments on a 13-24 month lease, effective immediately. Anyone who has toured between 3/23-3/25 will still qualify for the former 2 Months Free special (on a 15-24 month lease term) if they apply for an apartment within 48 hours of their initial tour.
